Ok to use the dry remains of carrots once I make juice for meatloaf filler?
I have been making carrot juice lately and I though of using the dry remains of the carrots for filler in meatloaf..I think its only fiber at that point. Also, are there any vitamins/minerals in the dry carrot matter?
It makes your meatloaf moist and gives it a good flavor.
My aunt added grated carrots to her meat loaf along with a little catsup and soy sauce and chopped fresh cilantro.
